A person is energy, and the spoken word is also energy. What a person thinks, says about himself, brings the body into full compliance with what is said about himself.
With books by Sytin G.N. I first met in a bookstore in Moscow, Highway Enthusiasts.
Seeing a book called “Thoughts that create the beauty and youth of a woman up to 100 years and beyond”, I picked it up, opened it and understood, realized that this was what I had been looking for for a long time.
It was 2010, I was 45 years old. I have 4 children, after forty years, namely, at the age of 41, 42, 44, I gave birth to three years. To improve my health after the birth of children, I clearly realized this, the attitudes of helped me G.N. Sytin.
In the morning I took a book in my hands, small children slept in their beds at that time, I got up by the window and read the text, while clearly pronouncing the words. I believed that every word I said would come true. I believed in it with deep faith. And here Academician Georgy Nikolayevich himself tells me about this through books. I read for 1-1.5 hours, rested, in the afternoon I read again for 30-40 minutes, in the evening I read from 1.5 to 2 hours. There are 3 hours per day.
Every next day I felt a surge of strength and physical changes in my body. Health arrived with each subsequent day. Every time I was happy to pick up books.
It's been 9 years. Children have grown up - 9, 11, 12 years. And now they are with me at the G.N. Sytin Center. I came here to buy other books - tunes, audio CDs.
I thank God that he stopped me in a bookstore near these books, the author of which is Sytin G.N.
Today I am completely healthy and feel great!
I thank Sytin G.N. and Sytina O.G. for the fact that they bring people health, happiness, light and new knowledge about themselves.
